The Opportunity
A top 25 UK environmental consultancy is seeking a Director-level professional to lead and grow its climate, carbon and ESG practice. This is a senior, strategic role for an experienced practitioner ready to shape a growing team and service line.
The Role
- Lead delivery of GHG emissions inventories, net zero strategies and carbon footprinting for corporate and public sector clients
- Oversee TCFD reporting, climate risk assessments and sustainability strategy work
- Lead and grow a team of climate and ESG specialists
- Drive business development, thought leadership and client relationships at Director level
- Contribute to the firm's own sustainability and net zero commitments
About You
- Minimum 10 years' experience in climate, carbon and/or ESG consultancy
- Deep understanding of GHG accounting, net zero frameworks and ESG reporting standards (e.g. GRI, TCFD, ISSB)
- Proven track record of leading teams and winning work at Director level
- Relevant professional membership and/or chartered status
